Drive to the Cúber reservoir. We hike with headlamps on a wide gravel path along the Cúber reservoir. We continue along a marvellous high valley until we reach the famous Coll de l'Ofre. A mountain path leads us further uphill over the Coll des Cards on a wide mountain ridge to the l'Ofre summit (1092m). A breathtaking and gigantic sunrise appears on the horizon. Pure romance!

After this unique experience, we savour the local farmer's breakfast with coffee and a view. In the peaceful dawn, the descent leads us downhill on narrow tracks via the high valley of l'Ofre into the spectacular gorge of Biniaraix. A marvellous serpentine cobbled path winds downhill past old terraced plantations to the small mountain village of Biniaraix and on past citrus plantations to Sóller. Return to Port de Sóller on the historic funicular railway.
