THURSDAY
Through the valley of silence from Bunyola to the romantic mountain village of Valldemossa
We take the historic tram to Sóller. Here we change. We continue our journey with the historical train “Red Lightning” up to the mountains to Bunyola. We walk comfortably along an old cart path past several almond plantations to the pretty Finca Raixa. Famous as a piece of Italy in Mallorca. A landmark of neoclassical architecture on the island.

After the imposing sight, we continue past fields to the finca ruin Raixeta. An old mule track leads us through the mixed forest uphill in a gorge. We walk past the well-tended, ancient and gnarled olive trees of the unknown mountain valley Pastoritx to the Finca Son Verí. Here we have our local picnic and enjoy the beautiful view of the bay of Palma. Afterwards it is mainly downhill, with gigantic views of the romantic mountain village Valldemossa, which we then reach. After a cozy coffee break in Valldemossa, we drive back to Port de Sóller in the minibus.
